About This Product

Ultimate reflow control. Simultaneous control of heater chip temperature and displacement

■Features・High precision displacement control. The amount of penetration is controlled by displacement amount feedback with a resolution of 1μm, achieving a uniform amount of penetration.
- Abundant monitoring functions (temperature/displacement)
・Digital temperature control. The digital PID control system realizes a high-speed, highly accurate temperature profile and is compatible with fine lines and minute workpieces.
-Release function. After heating, ensure the solder thickness between the workpieces.
・4-stage heating. Achieves a variety of temperature profiles and supports a variety of applications.
・Built-in electric slider control function
・User interface. Equipped with RS-232C&I/O as standard, it can be easily connected to external devices such as installation in automatic machines.
