■Summary

This method instantly discharges the charging energy stored in a large-capacity capacitor. Suitable for battery tab welding and aluminum and copper welding.

■Features

- Equipped with dual pulse function to suppress dust and provide stable quality. - Suitable for materials that are difficult to weld such as aluminum, copper, and dissimilar metals. - Suitable for precision welding of small parts as it suppresses deformation and burning due to short energization. ・Improve productivity with fast charging. Welding speed 75W/sec, energization maximum 120 times/min ・Equipped with VS (Very Short) mode. A peak current of 200W/s class can be achieved at 150W/s.
