About This Product

■Highly reliable inverter welding power supply with maximum current of 32,000A NRW-IN900PA highly reliable DC inverter welding power source that is ideal for motor fusing. This model allows a variety of fusing welding with a pulsation mode that can conduct electricity for up to 8 phases for 24 seconds and a 127-step arbitrary waveform function. In addition, the newly installed energization time monitor and phase monitor support the operation of the energization correction function, contributing to improved welding quality.

■Features・Large capacity with maximum current of 32,000A (NT-IN32K444 400V specification)
・Long time energization with maximum energization time of 5 seconds, 127 step arbitrary waveform (freestyle) function (normal mode)
・Pulsation mode suitable for fusing. Up to 8 phases and 24 seconds of pulsation operation with UP and DOWN slopes are possible. Contributes to a wide variety of fusing welding.
・Power off within 1ms variation, phase shift function
・3 types of frequencies (2kHz, 4kHz, 5kHz) can be selected
・Equipped with multi-control mode. Equipped with control modes: constant current, constant voltage, low power, primary current peak value, primary current average, and fixed pulse width output.
- Built-in welding monitor function. In addition to the average and peak values ​​of current, voltage, power, and resistance, and limit monitor judgment results, the newly installed energization time monitor and phase monitor support the operation of the energization correction function.
・Welding waveform display function. It is effective for improving work efficiency in setting welding conditions and investigating causes when abnormalities occur.

■Output time setting range・Normal mode: 0.0-5,000.0ms (total of UP TIME, WELD TIME, DOWN TIME, COOL TIME)
・Pulsation mode: 0.0-24,000.0ms (total of PULSE TIME and COOL TIME)

■Welding waveform settings・Normal mode: 3-phase (slope, weld, cool), free style (maximum 127 steps, 8-phase)
・Pulsation mode: (maximum 120 waves, 10,000 pulses, 8-phase)
・Analog input control mode: (8-phase)
