About This Product

Cold and oil resistant cable, for mobile use with torsional loads, halogen free -0.6/1kV.

■Scope of application

・Fixed or movable. - Torsion of wind turbines.

■Features

- Torsional resistance up to ±150°/m, compatible with wind generator drip loops. - Resistance to weather, abrasion, temperature, sunlight (ISO4892-2) and ozone (EN50396). - Resistance to seawater spray and wide range of oil resistance (EN60811-404 and UL OIL RES I+II compliant). ・Combustibility characteristics -Flame retardant (IEC60332-3-24 or IEC60332-3-25, IEC60332-1-2 compliant). -Low smoke density (IEC61034-2 compliant). -Corrosiveness of combustion gas (conforms to IEC60754-2 regarding acidity). ・Halogen-free (conforms to IEC60754-1 regarding amount of halogen acid gas).

UL AWM Style21288.

■Configuration

・Extra-fine wire conductor made of bare copper. - Core insulation: polyolefin compound. - Optional overall shield (D version) reduces electromagnetic interference with tinned copper wire wrapping. ・Outer sheath: Special compound, halogen-free, black (RAL9005).
