About This Product

■SummaryElepot LU type is a high-temperature type electric furnace that can be used up to a maximum temperature of 1,400℃.

The heater uses a SiC (silicon carbide) heating element (*1) and can be used stably in a wide temperature range. The temperature controller uses the same equipment as conventional Elepot electric furnaces, and can be used simply by setting the desired temperature and timer.

*1 What is SiC (silicon carbide) heating element?
The electrical resistance of SiC (silicon carbide) heating elements gradually decreases from room temperature to 800 to 900℃, but increases at higher temperatures. Therefore, to maintain a constant temperature, a special thyristor (SCR) is used that can automatically adjust the current. This allows automatic and stable temperature control.

■Simple and easy-to-use operationsEasy operation, just set the temperature and timer. The temperature controller has a built-in timer, and a buzzer alerts you after the holding time has elapsed. In addition, 3-level P.I.D. control enables stable and highly accurate temperature control from low to high temperatures.

■Equipped with overheating prevention function as standardIn the unlikely event that the temperature rises to an excessive level, this function automatically shuts off the breaker and shuts off the power to the furnace.
