■Uses of electric furnaces

・Hardening, tempering, and annealing of steel materials ・Metal melting/sintering ・Heating for shrink fitting and processing ・Solution heat treatment, stress relief treatment, aging heat treatment ・Supports various other heat treatments at a wide range of temperatures up to 1,150℃ (can be set in 1℃ increments)

It incorporates lightweight technology that makes it easy to move and carry, such as using integrally molded ceramic fiber as the heat-insulating material and creating an air layer between it and the outer wall.

■Electric furnace with energy-saving design

Increases temperature with 1/3 the power of conventional methods. Reaching 1,150℃ with 1.8KW of power. *For SH type

■Attention to shape

Since it has a cylindrical shape with no corners, the workpiece can be heated evenly. In addition, the top lid type makes it easy to put in and take out workpieces, and is designed with work efficiency in mind.

■Simple and easy-to-use operations

Easy operation, just set the temperature and timer. The temperature controller has a built-in timer, and a buzzer alerts you after the holding time has elapsed. In addition, 3-level P.I.D. control enables stable and highly accurate temperature control from low to high temperatures.

■Equipped with overheating prevention function as standard

In the unlikely event that the temperature rises to an excessive level, this function automatically shuts off the breaker and shuts off the power to the furnace.
