About This Product

■Summary

・Improved coating efficiency compared to conventional machines. ・Edge-off function further improves coating efficiency (conventional model approx. 50% → 82%) ・Maintenance frequency has been reduced to approximately 1/3 compared to conventional models due to a reduction in the amount of scattering due to improved coating efficiency (amount of scattering has been reduced from approximately 50% of conventional models to approximately 18%) ・Full of ideas for reducing running costs. (Preheater efficiency, sheet filter, blower efficiency, etc.) ・The nozzle reciprocating speed is automatically determined from the board transfer speed and board width. ・At the end of operation, the nozzle and inside of the piping are automatically cleaned, and when restarted, flux is automatically supplied to the nozzle, allowing for immediate production (automatic termination, automatic startup)
