About This Product
■Features
・ BeCu50 alloy (equivalent to Z3234-3 type) with very excellent conductivity, containing less than 1% of Be (beryllium) to Cu (copper).
・The conductivity is approximately 50% IACS, which is lower than pure copper and chrome copper, but higher than brass and bronze.
・It is an alloy with extremely high aging resistance and has high mechanical properties through heat treatment, making it an excellent material for welding electrode materials.
- High hardness, HRB 90 or higher.
・Plates over 15mm thick are black-skin forged products.
■Processing types
・Saw cutting, milling (2F, 4F, 6F), various cutting processes, etc.
・We accept orders starting from a minimum of 1 piece.
■Applications
Welding electrode materials, electrode tips, seam welding machine parts
