About This Product
■Features
・Tellurium copper (free-cutting copper) is a material that has improved machinability by adding 0.40% to 0.60% Te (tellurium) to oxygen-free copper.
・It is a copper alloy with excellent machinability, showing a machinability of 85 compared to free-cutting brass of 100 and pure copper of 20.
・It has high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, as well as excellent heat resistance and solderability.
■Processing types
・Saw cutting, milling (2F, 4F, 6F), polishing, various cutting processes, etc.
・Water jet processing and laser processing are also available.
・We accept orders starting from a minimum of 1 piece.
■Applications
Electrodes for electrical discharge machining, tips for gas welding, heat sink SI connectors, switch parts, nuts, bolts, etc.
