■Features
・Available for extremely thick and wide widths.
・Tolerance: General cutting tolerance -0,+5mm (KN700 -0,+8mm)

■KN500
・JIS A5083 equivalent component Special continuous casting product
・Features extremely low processing distortion.
・Good machinability and smooth finish. It also has excellent thermal response, temperature distribution, and weldability. Light weight (specific gravity 1/3 of steel)
■KN520
Equivalent to A5052. Has characteristics of small processing distortion, and can handle extremely thick and wide widths. It is used in the widest range of applications in the KN series.
■KN700
・Contains components equivalent to A7003. Can handle extremely thick materials that are difficult to handle with A2017 and A7075 rolled materials.
- Excellent toughness (elongation) while having strength equivalent to zinc alloy. Toughness: Approximately 3 times stronger (mold cracks eliminated), hardness increased by 25%
・Please consider using it if you need a little more hardness than KN500.
■Points to note
When surface treatment is applied, color unevenness may occur depending on the treatment destination and treatment conditions, so we recommend checking the quality in advance.
■Available processing
- Large size milling is also possible.
・Supported types of 1st to 1.5th processing: Saw cutting, band saw, irregular cutting, precision cutting (M cut+), milling (2F, 4F, 6F), polishing, disk processing, ring processing
- Types of secondary processing available: Machining, water jet processing and laser processing are also available.
・We can accommodate a minimum of 1 piece.
