・MAP52 is an A5052 upgraded high-precision board that contains the same amount of Mg (magnesium) as A5052, and pursues board thickness accuracy and flatness while maintaining strength.
・By utilizing heat treatment technology to remove internal stress, cutting distortion is reduced and flatness is achieved.
・Good: Thickness accuracy, flatness, cutting distortion (compared with A5052)
■Available processing
・Supported types of 1st to 1.5th processing: Saw cutting, band saw, irregular cutting, precision cutting (M cut+), milling (2F, 4F, 6F), polishing, disk processing, ring processing
- Types of secondary processing available: Machining, water jet processing and laser processing are also available.
