About This Product

Developed a 70MPa safety plug that complies with global motorcycle standards.

■Function

In the event of an emergency, high-pressure hydrogen tanks and valves that store hydrogen at high pressures of up to 87.5 MPa are equipped with a function to safely release the gas inside.

■Obtained certifications/compliant standards

■Features

・Achieves stable operation: Since the operating parts are pressure balanced, it is not affected by the internal pressure of the container, and stable operation is possible at a wide range of set pressures from high to low pressures. ・Reducing stress on fusible alloy: The fusible alloy contained in the safety stopper melts due to an abnormal temperature rise such as a fire, and the safety stopper is activated. Since there is no stress applied to the fusible alloy, it prevents creep (fatigue) and deformation of the alloy. ・High durability/environmentally friendly: Extremely high durability is achieved as there is almost no stress deterioration due to pressure. Adopts a fusible alloy that is lead and cadmium free as specified in the RoHS Directive.
