About This Product

■High pressure valve for hydrogen trailer container

High pressure valve for compressed hydrogen transportation vehicle (hydrogen trailer) container. The pressure-resistant parts are manufactured from SUS316L Ni28.5% (Ni equivalent material), and the safety valve equipped with a valve maintains stable performance over a long period of time based on our unique know-how. (The screws in the drawing are for website use only and may differ from the actual product.)

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container. Please use a valve that is compatible with the container. ・Make sure that the screws on the valve and container are in good condition and that there are no harmful scratches on the screws. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

・Do not overfill.Please fill the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. - After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) with the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve gently and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
