About This Product

■Valve with open/close indicator handle that is ideal for not only containers but also equipment.

Back seat valve for containers and equipment equipped with an open/close display handle. This prevents erroneous operations such as forgetting to open/close or damage. Durable handle materials are used, including polycarbonate for industrial use and 66 nylon for medical use.

■Features

・A valve with an open/close display handle that is ideal for not only containers but also equipment. - Highly visible open/close display that allows you to see at a glance whether it is fully open or fully closed. - Spiral type for easy flow adjustment. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. -Uses highly durable handle materials, including polycarbonate for industrial use and 66 nylon for medical use. - Compatible with both general high pressure compressed gas and liquefied gas. - Maintains airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and O-ring.

-Turn the handle clockwise to close the valve, and turn it counterclockwise to open the valve. ・When turning the handle, do not apply excessive force. ・When closing the valve, tighten the handle firmly regardless of the display.

■Precautions when handling the product Regarding changes in the display position of the open display spiral

・The display position of the open indicator spiral when the valve is closed changes in the closing direction due to deformation of the seat caused by repeated opening and closing of the valve, so even if the open indicator spiral is not visible during use, the valve will not open. Please be careful as there may be -Also, if the closing position of the valve changes approximately 180 degrees in the closing direction from when it was new, the display function may be impaired, so please readjust the display position of the open display spiral periodically before use.

■Precautions when handling the product Others

・Avoid using, storing, or handling at temperatures exceeding 60℃. ・If you find any cracks or breaks in the handle, please replace it with a new part. ・If you use the product if it has cracks or cracks, there is a risk of injury from the debris.
