About This Product

■Valve with open/close display handle that has a proven track record for general high pressure and medical use.

A proven back seat valve for general high pressure gas and medical gas containers, manufactured in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act. Adopts a spiral type that makes it easy to adjust the flow rate. The valve body uses C3771 material and is equipped with a handle with an open/close indicator that allows you to see the open/close status at a glance, preventing you from forgetting to open or close the valve.

■Features

- Highly visible open/close display that allows you to see at a glance whether it is fully open or fully closed. - Spiral type for easy flow adjustment. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. - Compatible with both general high pressure compressed gas and liquefied gas. - Maintains airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and O-ring. - Straight type (3/4-1UNF) mounting screws are also available.

■Precautions for handling the product Regarding handling of valves

・Please check the instruction manual for each model published by our company. ・As a typical example, the table below shows the model number corresponding to the product model. ・Product model KX-10 Valve model K-10 Handle model KH-05

■Precautions for handling the product Regarding handle operation

-Turn the handle clockwise to close the valve, and turn it counterclockwise to open the valve. ・When turning the handle, do not apply excessive force. ・When closing the valve, tighten the handle firmly regardless of the display.

■Precautions when handling the product Regarding changes in the display position of the open display spiral

・The display position of the open indicator spiral when the valve is closed changes in the closing direction due to deformation of the seat caused by repeated opening and closing of the valve, so even if the open indicator spiral is not visible during use, the valve will not open. Please be careful as there may be -Also, if the closing position of the valve changes approximately 180 degrees in the closing direction from when it was new, the display function may be impaired, so please readjust the display position of the open display spiral periodically before use.
