About This Product

■Easily fully open/close with less than one rotation of the handle

A back seat valve for general high-pressure gas and medical gas containers, equipped with a handle with an open/close display that allows you to see the open/close status at a glance. C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. It can be fully opened/closed with less than one rotation of the handle, and is designed to be easy to use with light torque. It is also possible to incorporate an RF tag into the handle.

■Features

- Equipped with a highly visible open/close display handle that allows you to see the fully open/closed status at a glance. ・Can be fully opened/closed with less than one rotation of the handle and with light torque. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. - Gas name can be displayed in large size in the center of the handle. ・Safety design that prevents sliding beyond the specified opening by increasing the strength of the stopper when fully opened.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque <Regarding handle operation>: Turning the handle clockwise closes the valve, and turning it counterclockwise opens the valve. When turning the handle, do not apply excessive force. Fully open at 270° (3/4 turn) from the closed position. Do not apply excessive torque in the opening direction. When closing the valve, tighten the handle firmly regardless of the indication.

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.
