About This Product

■Improved bolt-fixed high-grade valve

Made of brass. Bolt-fixed valve (straight type) for general high-pressure piping with a seat diameter of 15 mm. A high-grade model with improved parts based on the bolt-fixed G-115-RB type. Improved airtightness and durability by using a double O-ring in the gland and changing the material of the spindle packing. Furthermore, wear resistance has been significantly increased by PTFE coating on the spindle thread.

■Features

・Straight type back seat valve for general high pressure gas piping. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. ・By improving the gland, spindle packing, and spindle thread of the conventional model G-115-R, airtightness, durability, and wear resistance have been significantly improved. - Minister-certified products (maximum working pressure 25MPa) and panel flange type (G-115-W1) are also available.

■Precautions when handling the product: When installing piping

- Use valves that meet the specifications of the high-pressure gas equipment: Check the pressure test pressure and design pressure. ・Make sure that the threads and sealing surfaces of valves and piping joints are in good condition: Note) Please be careful as this may cause leakage or galling. Make sure that there are no harmful scratches on the screws. Be careful not to leave scratches, dents, etc. on the piping connection seal surface. Make sure that there is no foreign matter attached to the piping connection seal surface. ・Pay attention to the direction of fluid flow and connect in the appropriate direction: Check with the arrow mark on the valve body. For valves without arrows, check the structure in the product drawing and connect in the appropriate direction. ・Avoid bending, distortion, or diagonal piping: Connect so that the valve connection thread and the center of the piping match.

■Precautions when handling the product: When opening and closing the valve

・Do not handle roughly: Turn the handle clockwise to close it, and turn it counterclockwise to open it. Operate slowly and quietly by hand. Please do not apply sudden pressure. ・Do not apply excessive torque: Tighten firmly by hand. Do not apply excessive force using tools etc.
