About This Product
■Lube-free air-operated valve with high rotor
Made of brass. A valve with a high rotor (straight type) for general high pressure gas piping with a seat diameter of 15 mm. The rotation of the high rotor moves the valve seat (Kellep) up and down to open and close the valve. The seat part has a structure that only moves up and down, making it ideal as a main valve for compressed gas filling (or exhaust) equipment.

■Precautions when handling the product
・When connecting valves, pay attention to the direction of fluid flow when piping. There is an arrow mark on the valve body.
- When installing piping, be careful not to allow foreign matter or dust to enter the valve. This may cause leakage.
- Be careful not to scratch or dent the piping connection seal surface and threaded part. This may cause leakage or galling.
・Connect so that the valve connection screw and piping center line up. Deflection or distortion during piping, as well as diagonal piping, can cause leaks and galling.
- If leakage occurs due to deformation or damage to parts, parts will need to be replaced. Please replace parts referring to the overhaul procedure manual.
