About This Product

■Seat diameter 15mm. Bearing structure allows for smooth handle operation

Made of stainless steel. Valve for high purity gas piping (bearing structure) with seat diameter 15mm. The PS-115-R type valve for high-purity gas piping is equipped with a stem bearing. Enables light and smooth handle operation even under high pressure.

■Features

・Straight type stainless steel back seat valve for high purity gas piping. - High-precision bearings allow for light and smooth handle operation. ・Highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel material is used for the valve body. ・The lineup also includes minister-certified products (maximum working pressure 25MPa) and standard types that do not use bearings (PS-115-R).

■Precautions when handling the product: When installing piping

- Use valves that meet the specifications of the high-pressure gas equipment: Check the pressure test pressure and design pressure. ・Make sure that the threads and sealing surfaces of valves and piping joints are in good condition: Note) Please be careful as this may cause leakage or galling. Make sure that there are no harmful scratches on the screws. Be careful not to leave scratches, dents, etc. on the piping connection seal surface. Make sure that there is no foreign matter attached to the piping connection seal surface. ・Pay attention to the direction of fluid flow and connect in the appropriate direction: Check with the arrow mark on the valve body. For valves without arrows, check the structure in the product drawing and connect in the appropriate direction. ・Avoid bending, distortion, or diagonal piping: Connect so that the valve connection thread and the center of the piping match.

■Precautions when handling the product: When opening and closing the valve

・Do not handle roughly: Turn the handle clockwise to close it, and turn it counterclockwise to open it. Operate slowly and quietly by hand. Please do not apply sudden pressure. ・Do not apply excessive torque: Tighten firmly by hand. Do not apply excessive force using tools etc.

■Precautions when handling the product: When disassembling and repairing

Perform disassembly and repair in an appropriate manner: Perform disassembly and repair in an unpressurized state. Please use appropriate tools etc.
