About This Product

■Brass valves for general high-pressure gas and medical gas containers (including aluminum)

Back-sheet type brass yoke valve used for medical gases. Compatible with a variety of medical gas containers including aluminum ones. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Specifications

・Made of brass ・Nonflammable ・Flame support

■Features

・Specially designed for medical gas, with a proven track record of numerous installations. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. ・There is no filling port, and it is a yoke type that uses a pinhole. - Maintains high airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and O-ring. - Compatible with both general high pressure compressed gas and liquefied gas. ・Handle shape (butterfly, round, wrench) can be selected according to the application. ・The threaded part of the container installation port can be used with either straight or tapered threads. ・An overflow prevention type with a pressure indicator is also available.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Apply grease to the sealing parts according to the following instructions. Mounting screw O-ring for 3/4UNF [white] No need to apply grease O-ring for 5/8UNF [black] Apply an appropriate amount of grease (do not adhere to the threaded part) Grease used: Krytox GPL-206 ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. Please fill slowly. (Do not fill rapidly.) Perform a leak test after filling. After filling with gas, close the valve with the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it. Do not grab and transport the valve while it is attached to the container.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly: Use the valve in a position where the ▼ mark on the handle lines up with the ▲ mark on the valve body.
