About This Product
■Wrench type back seat valve for medium containers
A wrench-type brass back seat valve for medium containers that does not have a handle. Gland packing made of Teflon and O-rings achieve high airtightness, and can be used with a wide range of compressed and liquefied gases.
We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

・Designed specifically for medium containers, we have many successful implementations.
- Wrench type without a handle.
・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body.
- Maintains high airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and O-ring.
- Compatible with both general high pressure compressed gas and liquefied gas.
・The lineup also includes a model with a check valve and the K-44 series with a double O-ring structure that pursues even more airtight performance.
・19.6MPa (200Kg/cm²) also available for filled containers.
■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container
・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container.
- Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material.
・Do not apply excessive torque
■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas
Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.
■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product
Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.
■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas
Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.

Make sure there is no gas in the container: Make sure there is no gas left in the container.
