About This Product

■Brass back seat valve for aluminum containers

Brass back seat valve for aluminum containers. C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. Airtight performance is ensured using Teflon gland packing and O-ring. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

・Made of brass ・Flammability ・Nonflammable ・Flame support

■Features

・Designed specifically for aluminum containers, we have many successful implementations. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. - Back sheet type structure to prevent ground leakage. ・High airtightness is ensured by the Teflon gland packing and O-ring. ・JIS B8246 parallel threads are used for the threaded part of the container installation port. - Lineup includes G-46A type for compressed gas and L-46A type for liquefied gas.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
