About This Product

■Brass container valve ideal for dissolved acetylene gas

Metal-touch yoke valve used for molten acetylene gas containers. The valve body uses C3771 brass material. Achieved high airtight performance with gland packing such as Teflon and double O-rings. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Features

・Specially designed for molten acetylene gas, with numerous installations. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. -Yoke type without filling port. ・The threaded part of the container installation port is JIS B8244. ・Since there is no handle, a separate wrench is required for opening and closing. - Maintains high airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and double O-ring. ・When the safety device is activated, gas is ejected upward within 30 degrees to the axis of the container.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
