About This Product

■Stainless steel back seat valve with excellent corrosion resistance

A stainless steel back seat valve for high purity gas that has the same structure as the brass G-12 type and uses SUSF304, which has excellent corrosion resistance, for the body. High airtight performance is maintained by the Teflon gland packing and double O-ring. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Features

・SUSF304 stainless steel material is used for the valve body to maintain high durability. - Maintains high airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and double O-ring. - Compatible with both compressed gas and liquefied gas for general high pressure gas. ・19.6MPa (200Kg/cm²) filling container valve is also available.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When removing from the container

Make sure there is no gas in the container: Make sure there is no gas left in the container.
