About This Product

■Diaphragm valve that can handle higher purity gas

Brass diaphragm valve compatible with even higher purity gas than polished diaphragm and non-grease specifications. High durability has been achieved by adopting the same structure as the SUS-55LN type. The gland part has a double O-ring structure, making it ideal for vacuuming. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Features

- Brass diaphragm valve that can handle higher purity gas. ・C3771 brass material is used for the valve body. Maintains high durability by adopting the same structure as the stainless steel diaphragm valve SUS-55L type. - Compatible with both compressed gas and liquefied gas for general high pressure gas. - For small containers (V1) (excluding CO2) and open/close display handle type GX-55L type are also available.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
