About This Product

■Standard model of brass valve for high-purity gas containers

Standard model of brass back seat type valve for high purity gas. Compatible with high vacuum due to unique O-ring groove. Double O-ring structure with two built-in O-rings in the gland nut section pursues even more airtight performance and is ideal for vacuuming. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Features

・Back seat type valve for high purity gas using C3771 brass material for the valve body. - Maintains high airtight performance with Teflon gland packing and double O-ring. - Compatible with a wide variety of high-purity gases such as He and CO2 (LG). - Compatible with both compressed gas and liquefied gas for general high pressure gas. ・The lineup includes a built-in check valve type, wrench type/handle type, 19.6MPa/24.5MPa filling type, small container type (V1) (excluding CO2), and open/close display handle type GX-12 type.

■Precautions when handling the product When installing the product in a container

・Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container: Attach a valve that is compatible with the container. - Valve and container threads are in good condition: Make sure there are no harmful scratches on the threads. Do not reuse sealing material. ・Do not apply excessive torque

■Precautions when handling the product When filling with gas

Do not overfill: Fill with the appropriate amount of gas using a pressure gauge or scale. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) to the appropriate torque.

■Precautions when handling the product When transporting the product

Do not handle roughly: Do not handle roughly or drop it.

■Precautions when handling the product When consuming gas

Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
