About This Product

■Simple structure SUS-55L type high cleaning clean specification model

A diaphragm valve that has a simple structure SUS-55L type with high cleaning and clean specifications. Adopts the proven 55L type structure, and performs precise internal polishing (1S or less) on the gas contact parts of the main body. The final cleaning is carried out using ultrapure water in a clean room, and everything from assembly to inspection is carried out under strict manufacturing standards based on the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (excludes some gases).

■Features

・Highly clean model of the SUS-55L type, which has a reputation as a high-purity gas (for semiconductor special material gases). -Uses SUS316L stainless steel material for the body. ・The filling port can meet CGA standards (DISS, etc.) and various other standards. ・Precise internal polishing (1S or less) is performed on the gas contact part of the valve body. ・Final cleaning with ultrapure water in a clean room. ・Perform leakage measurement (internal leak, external leak) using a helium leak detector. - Adopts a fuse metal structure that can be removed during baking.

■Precautions when handling the product

・When attaching to a container: Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container. (Attach a valve that is compatible with the container.) The screws on the valve and container must be in good condition (there should be no harmful scratches on the screws). (Do not reuse sealing material.) Do not apply excessive torque. ・When filling with gas: Do not overfill (please use a pressure gauge or scale to fill the appropriate amount of gas. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) with the appropriate torque.) ・When transporting: Do not handle roughly (do not handle roughly or drop it). ・When consuming gas: Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
