■Next-generation valve that reduces dead space by approximately 60%
A next-generation valve that reduces the dead space inside the valve by approximately 60% compared to our conventional valve, and significantly improves purging performance and corrosion resistance. Final cleaning is performed in a clean room, and everything from assembly to inspection is carried out. We carry out strict manufacturing in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).
■Specifications
・Made of stainless steel
・Flammability
・Nonflammable
・Flame support
・Toxic special high pressure gas
■Features
・Dead space inside the valve has been reduced by approximately 60% compared to our conventional model. Purge performance and corrosion resistance are significantly improved compared to normal diaphragm valves.
・Using a special flat seat reduces seat deformation caused by excessive torque.
・Achieves large flow rate with CV value of 0.6 or more. Ideal for corrosive liquefied gases such as Cl2 and HBr, and can also be safely used for compressed gases. (*For compressed gas, the CV value starts from 0.4 depending on the setting).
- ASTM A182 F316L stainless steel material is used for the body.
- The material of the sheet in contact with gas can be selected according to the application (PCTFE or PVDF).
・Perform leakage measurement (internal leak, external leak) using a helium leak detector.
■Precautions when handling the product
・When attaching to a container: Do not attach the valve to anything other than a compatible container. (Attach a valve that is compatible with the container.) The screws on the valve and container must be in good condition (there should be no harmful scratches on the screws). (Do not reuse sealing material.) Do not apply excessive torque.
・When filling with gas: Do not overfill (please use a pressure gauge or scale to fill the appropriate amount of gas. After filling with gas, close the valve handle (wrench) with the appropriate torque.)
・When transporting: Do not handle roughly (do not handle roughly or drop it).
・When consuming gas: Open and close the valve quietly and slowly, and do not apply excessive torque.
・When leaving the container: Make sure there is no gas inside the container (Please make sure that there is no gas left in the container.)
