About This Product

■Flexible ball compatible with LP gas (LIA inspection passed product)

A flexible pipe gas stopper for LP gas that uses a one-piece structure that is robust and has little leakage. By using brass forging materials made by hot forging brass rods for the main parts, the body is more tenacious than cast products, reducing the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping. It is installed at the entrance of a combustion appliance, etc., and can be selected from a straight type (FBS-100 type) and an angled type (FBS-200 type) depending on the location and location of use. It is also equipped with a handle lock function for safety reasons.

■Features

・A brass forging product made by hot forging brass rods for a hard and durable body. - The handle is operated by pushing and turning the knob, which takes up little space, making piping and operation easy even in tight spaces. ・Idle ball valve structure. *What is the floating ball valve structure? Balls are arranged in the flow direction and supported by a PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness. The ball is pressed against the secondary sheet by the differential pressure when fully closed, and the flow path can be closed off with even more stable airtightness. ・The sheet of airtight parts uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. -The stem is built in from the inside of the body and has a structure that prevents it from popping out. Additionally, two O-rings (oil-resistant NBR) are used on the stem to prevent leakage. - Comes with a locking function that opens and closes by pushing and turning the knob at 90 degrees. ・The open/closed status can be clearly seen by the white line on the handle.

・Airtightness test pressure: 22.5KPa ・Fluid used: LP gas ・Replacement period: Within 15 years after manufacture. If an abnormality occurs in performance etc. even within the replacement period, please replace it with a new one.
