■Screw gas valve for LP gas equipped with an easy-to-operate lever handle
A screw gas valve for LP gas equipped with a lever handle with excellent operability. Installed at outdoor piping branch points, gas meter entrances, etc. The Teflon O-ring structure and self-wiping effect ensure a safe and smooth condition at all times.
Adopts a high toughness forged brass body with chrome plating. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. Please note that this product has passed the conformity test of the Japan LP Gas Appliance Inspection Association (LIA).

■Features
・A brass forging product made by hot forging brass rods for a hard and durable body.
・The handle operation space is small, making piping and operation easy even in narrow spaces.
・Idle ball valve structure. *What is the floating ball valve structure? Balls are arranged in the flow direction and supported by a PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness. The ball is pressed against the secondary sheet by the differential pressure when fully closed, and the flow path can be closed off with even more stable airtightness.
・The sheet of airtight parts uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
-The stem is built in from the inside of the body and has a structure that prevents it from popping out. Additionally, two O-rings (LPG resistant NBR) are used in the stem to prevent leakage.
- Rotates by opening and closing the knob at 90 degrees.
- The open/closed status can be clearly seen by the orientation of the handle.
■Precautions when handling the product
- Chrome-plated forged high-toughness brass body. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping.
- Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
