About This Product

■Small pneumatic automatic 3-way ball valve for labor saving

A 3-way valve type, stainless steel compact pneumatic automatic valve. The aluminum actuator equipped with a rack and pinion mechanism is high torque, lightweight, and compact. With highly versatile specifications, it is ideal for installation in various equipment and factory equipment piping, especially in narrow spaces, and in equipment that requires downsizing. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

・Nominal diameter: 08A to 25A ・Actuator air supply diameter: Rc1/8 ・Maximum working pressure: 0.98MPa ・Operating temperature range: -20°C to +70°C (no freezing or condensation of operating air) ・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.

■Features

- Lightweight and compact design, ideal for installation in narrow piping spaces. ・The actuator is small, high torque (rack and pinion mechanism), rust-resistant and lightweight. ・Double-acting type in which the drive unit is operated only by air pressure. - Made of stainless steel (SCS14) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) ・The sheet uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
