About This Product

Stainless steel 3-section ball valve with advanced oil-free specifications and RoHS Directive (6 substances) compliant. By disassembling it, you can clean the internal parts such as the ball. Advanced PACW oil-free specifications. After general parts cleaning and drying using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, we assemble the parts with our bare hands without using any grease or other oils.The finished products are then partially cleaned with a solvent and shipped individually wrapped.
Adopts a full-bore equivalent type where the inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the valve bore diameter are almost the same, resulting in less pressure loss and maximum flow rate. The one-piece construction also minimizes leakage. We use drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) for the main parts, which reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping compared to cast products. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
