About This Product

■Three-division type with excellent maintainability. Advanced oil-free specifications and RoHS compliant

Stainless steel 3-section ball valve with advanced oil-free specifications and RoHS Directive (6 substances) compliant. By disassembling it, you can clean the internal parts such as the ball. Advanced PACW oil-free specifications. After general parts cleaning and drying using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, we assemble the parts with our bare hands without using any grease or other oils.The finished products are then partially cleaned with a solvent and shipped individually wrapped. Adopts a full-bore equivalent type where the inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the valve bore diameter are almost the same, resulting in less pressure loss and maximum flow rate. The one-piece construction also minimizes leakage. We use drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) for the main parts, which reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping compared to cast products. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■Features

・Three-part design with welded connections allows internal parts to be disassembled and cleaned. ・Advanced PACW oil-free specifications (For cleaning and assembly specifications, please refer to "About oil-free ball valve cleaning specifications"). ・RoHS Directive (6 substances) compliant model. ・Full-bore equivalent type with low fluid resistance and pressure loss and high flow rate. - Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. - Made of stainless steel (SCS13) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
