About This Product

■40NW size. Can be disassembled and cleaned, sanitary piping and RoHS compliant

40NW size. Stainless steel NW connection ball valve that complies with the RoHS Directive (6 substances). By disassembling it, you can clean the internal parts such as the ball. (We have prepared instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble) Compatible with sanitary piping. The standard bore structure eliminates steps in the flow path as much as possible to suppress the occurrence of liquid retention. The one-piece construction also minimizes leakage. We use drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) for the main parts, which reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping compared to cast products. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■ Features

- NW flange connection allows internal parts to be disassembled and cleaned. ・RoHS Directive (6 substances) compliant model. - Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. - Made of stainless steel (SCS14) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Compatible with sanitary piping. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) ・The sheet uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. -Using fluororubber as the O-ring material allows use under a wide range of conditions. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
