About This Product

■In addition to switching from left to right, it can also be closed. Vertical 3-way valve with oil-free specifications

Vertical 3-way ball valve made of oil-free stainless steel. By operating the lever handle, you can switch the fluid from below to the left or right, and you can also close it. Each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, it is assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. In addition, drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping. This is a vertical 3-way valve that is ideal for fields that require oil control, such as water treatment and food-related equipment. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■Features

・PCW oil-free specification model. - Adopts a lever handle (180°C switching type) with excellent operability. - Made of stainless steel (SCS14) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). ・You can easily change the flow direction by simply rotating the lever 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
