About This Product
■Lockout ball valve full-bore equivalent model that can be key-locked with a padlock (sold separately)
Based on the TSS-01 model, a key lock function with a padlock (sold separately) has been added. A model that is oil-free and compliant with the RoHS Directive (10 substances). It can be reliably locked in the fully open/closed state, preventing accidents caused by accidental contact with the handle or vibration, etc., and is also effective in preventing equipment and piping equipment failures and as a safety measure. Ideal for locking out semiconductor manufacturing equipment and equipment piping
Each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, it is assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. In addition, since it is a full-bore equivalent specification where the inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the valve bore diameter are almost the same, fluid resistance is low when fully opened, and pressure loss is also minimized. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
・The sheet uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
