About This Product

■Representative models of stainless steel ball valves are now oil-free and RoHS compliant.

This model is based on the standard BSS-01/820 stainless steel ball valve, but is oil-free and RoHS Directive (10 substances) compliant. It has a one-piece construction that minimizes leakage and features a lever handle for easy operation. Each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, it is assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. In addition, drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping. Ideal for various devices and equipment that require oil content management and compliance with the RoHS Directive. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■Features

・PCW oil-free specification and RoHS Directive (10 substances) compliant model based on BSS-01/820 type - Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. - Made of stainless steel (SUS316) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
