About This Product
■Stainless steel L port 3-way ball valve that complies with RoHS directive, considering people and the environment.
RoHS directive (10 substances) compliant model manufactured based on the stainless steel 3-way ball valve RSS-14 type. A 3-way valve with highly versatile specifications. Highly tough one-piece construction minimizes leakage. Main parts are made of stainless steel drawn material (partially extruded material). Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping.
In addition, even though it is a two-sided sheet, an O-ring is built into the back of the sheet, so there is less uneven sealing function in the direction of the flow path, and it can be used from any port direction. Furthermore, the O-ring uses fluororubber. It can be used for various types of equipment and factory piping that handle various fluids. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
