About This Product
■Stainless steel oil-free model with a compact butterfly handle
A model with PCW oil-free treatment based on the butterfly handle/wing handle type stainless steel ball valve BSS-22/126/822. Each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, it is assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. Hexagonal body with excellent workability.
Not only can it be used for piping for various devices and factory equipment, but by using butterfly handles and wing handles, it can also be used for piping in extremely narrow spaces and for integration into small devices. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

・Nominal diameter: BSS-217 type (08A~25A), BSS-273 type (20A/25A), BSS-857 type (32A~50A) *Sizes 20A and above are made to order.
・Maximum working pressure: 3.92MPa
・Operating temperature range: -20℃ to +120℃ (non-freezing)
・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.
■Features
- PCW oil-free specification model based on the BSS-43/833 type (for cleaning and assembly specifications, please check "About oil-free ball valve cleaning specifications").
- Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability.
- Made of stainless steel (SUS316) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
- Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
