About This Product
■PCW oil-free specification for typical stainless steel ball valve models
PCW oil-free specification model based on the standard BSS-01/820 stainless steel ball valve. Each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, and after drying, it is assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. Ideal for use in areas where oil content management is required, such as water treatment and food-related equipment. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

・Nominal diameter: BSS-43 type (08A~25A), BSS-833 type (32A~50A) *Sizes 32A and above are made to order.
・Maximum working pressure: 3.92MPa
・Operating temperature range: -20℃ to +120℃ (non-freezing)
・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.

- Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability.
- Made of stainless steel (SUS316) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
- Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
