About This Product

■Uses a compact knob handle. Economy model equivalent to full bore

An economy model that is equivalent to a full bore and has a compact knob handle. By simplifying design and manufacturing, we have achieved both functionality and economy. Adopts SCS14A, which has properties equivalent to SUS316, and can be used with various fluids. Adopts stainless steel material with lost wax molding with excellent precision. It has superior corrosion resistance compared to the SCS13 of the same type, and can be used not only for piping for various equipment and factory equipment, but also for piping in extremely narrow spaces and installation in small equipment by using a knob handle. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Nominal diameter: 08A to 50A ・Maximum working pressure: 3.92MPa ・Operating temperature range: -10°C to +150°C (non-freezing) ・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.

■Features

- Pursuing the best balance between functionality and economy by simplifying design and manufacturing. - Adopts a compact knob handle suitable for piping in narrow spaces. ・Full-bore equivalent type with low fluid resistance and pressure loss. ・Uses stainless steel material (SCS14A) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance for main parts such as the body. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) ・The sheet uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. -Using fluororubber as the O-ring material allows use under a wide range of conditions. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position. ・Environmentally friendly RoHS compliant specifications are also available (FST-12 type).
