■Stainless steel economy model with compact knob handle
An economy model that achieves both functionality and economy. High-toughness body with seamless one-piece construction minimizes the risk of external leakage. It features a compact knob handle that can be installed even in tight spaces. The main components are made of highly accurate lost wax molded stainless steel. It has superior corrosion resistance compared to the similar SCS13, and can be applied to a wide range of applications.
Not only can it be used for piping for various devices and factory equipment, but by using butterfly handles and wing handles, it can also be used for piping in extremely narrow spaces and for integration into small devices. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Environmentally friendly RoHS compliant specifications are also available (BST-12 type).
