About This Product

■ Has excellent sealing performance and can handle a variety of fluids.

Standard model of stainless steel 3-way ball valve. Although it is a two-sided sheet, an O-ring is built into the back of the sheet, so there is little unevenness in the sealing function in the direction of the flow path, and it can be used from any port direction. In addition, drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping. Furthermore, the O-ring uses fluororubber. It can be used for various types of equipment and factory piping that handle various fluids. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Nominal diameter: 08A to 25A ・Maximum working pressure: 4.12MPa ・Operating temperature range: -10℃ to +120℃ (non-freezing) ・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.

■Features

・Since an O-ring is built into the back of the seat, there is little unevenness in sealing performance in the direction of the flow path, and it can be used from any port. -Using fluororubber as the O-ring material allows use under a wide range of conditions. - Made of stainless steel (SUSF316) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. - Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) - Uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability, for airtight parts. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). ・You can easily change the flow direction by simply rotating the lever 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position. ・An oil-free specification is also available for each grade (RSS-31 type).
