■Suitable for narrow spaces. Highly versatile stainless steel ball valve
Adopts a compact butterfly handle/wing handle. Hamai's representative stainless steel ball valve is ideal for piping in narrow spaces. A high-toughness forged body with one-piece construction minimizes leakage. In addition, drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping.
Hexagonal body with excellent workability. Not only can it be used for piping for various devices and factory equipment, but by using butterfly handles and wing handles, it can also be used for piping in extremely narrow spaces and for integration into small devices. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

- Made of stainless steel (SUS316) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
- Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Oil-free specifications are also available (BSS-217/273/857 types) that correspond to each grade of Hamai standards.
