■Male x female connection type with compact butterfly handle

Brass ball valve with male x female connection, with threaded part and body integrated. Compact butterfly handle specification. The robust one-piece structure reduces the risk of leakage, reduces fitting installation time, and improves the efficiency of piping work. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. The hexagonal body has excellent workability, and the compact design allows for piping in narrow spaces where installation space is limited. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■Features

・A male x female connection that integrates the male thread part and the body eliminates the need for joints, making piping work more efficient. - Adopts a compact butterfly handle suitable for piping in narrow spaces. ・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). ・You can easily change the flow direction by simply rotating the lever 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
