■RoHS Directive compliant model with compact knob handle

RoHS Directive (10 substances) compliant model based on butterfly handle/wing handle type brass ball valve BBS-01/600. Compact and ideal for piping in narrow spaces. One-piece, high-toughness forged body minimizes leakage. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. The hexagonal body has excellent workability, and the compact design allows for piping in narrow spaces where installation space is limited. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features

・RoHS directive (10 substances) compliant model based on BBS-A06/A41/652 type. - Adopts a compact knob handle suitable for piping in narrow spaces. ・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
