About This Product

■Full-bore type PCW oil-free specification model with emphasis on flow rate

A PCW oil-free treatment model manufactured based on the large-flow, full-bore brass ball valve HBS-50. After each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, each part is dried, assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. Ideal for use in areas where oil content management is required, such as water treatment and food-related equipment. Additionally, since the inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the bore diameter of the valve are the same, fluid resistance is low when fully open, minimizing pressure loss. With highly versatile specifications, it can be used in a wide range of applications. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features

・PCW oil-free specification model based on the HBS-50 type (for cleaning and assembly specifications, please see "About oil-free ball valve cleaning specifications"). ・Full-bore specification that ensures maximum flow rate with low fluid resistance and pressure loss. - Adopts a high-toughness body made of brass forging. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) ・PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability, is used for the seat parts. Fluororubber is used for the O-ring, so it can be used under a wide range of conditions. ・Double O-ring structure maintains stable airtightness to the outside. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
