About This Product

■PCW oil-free model with compact butterfly handle

A model with PCW oil-free treatment based on the butterfly handle/wing handle type brass ball valve BBS-77/22/611. After each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, each part is dried, assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. Ideal for use in areas where oil content management is required, such as water treatment and food-related equipment.

■Specs

・Nominal diameter: BBS-322 type (08A ~ 15A), BBS-323 type (20A / 25A), BBS-625 type (32A ~ 50A) *Size 20A or more (BBS-323 type / BBS-625 type) is on order This is a manufactured product. ・Maximum working pressure: 1.96MPa ・Operating temperature range: -10℃ to +120℃ (non-freezing) ・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.

■Features

・PCW oil-free specification model based on BBS-322/323/625 type (For cleaning and assembly specifications, please refer to "About oil-free ball valve cleaning specifications"). - Adopts a compact butterfly handle/wing handle suitable for piping in narrow spaces. ・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
