■PCW oil-free specification for representative models of brass ball valves
A PCW oil-free model developed based on the standard BBS-01/600 brass ball valve. After each part is degreased and cleaned using a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, each part is dried, assembled with bare hands without using any grease or other oils, and shipped individually wrapped. Ideal for use in areas where oil content management is required, such as water treatment and food-related equipment.

・Nominal diameter: BBS-92 type (08A to 25A), BBS-621 type (32A to 50A) *Size 32A or more (BBS-621 type) is a made-to-order product.
・Maximum working pressure: 1.96MPa
・Operating temperature range: -10℃ to +120℃ (non-freezing)
・Fluid: water, oil, gas, etc.
■Features
・PCW oil-free specification model based on the BBS-01/600 type (for cleaning and assembly specifications, please see "About oil-free ball valve cleaning specifications").
- Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability.
・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
