A standard bore type brass ball valve that supports a larger flow rate than a reduce bore. In addition to minimizing fluid resistance and pressure loss, one of its features is that it has high pressure resistance among brass valves. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced.
Can be used in a wide range of applications, including piping for various devices and factory equipment. Taking advantage of its compact size, it is also ideal for installation in equipment and piping that require downsizing. ■Features
・Standard bore specification that can ensure large flow rate.
・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
