About This Product

■Ensure safety and security. Equipped with one-touch lock function (RoHS compliant)

Brass ball valve equipped with Hamai's unique simple locking function. It can be fixed in the fully open/closed state with a single touch, preventing accidents due to contact with the handle and further improving safety. Lever handle type for easy operation. RoHS compliant. It prevents accidents such as the handle opening or closing unintentionally due to contact with people or objects, vibration, etc., and is effective as a safety measure to prevent equipment and piping equipment from breaking down. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. Additionally, by making the handle smaller, it has become possible to install it in narrow piping spaces. Custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product are also possible.

■Features

- Equipped with a handle lock function. Can be securely locked in fully open/closed state. - Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. ・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
